Dr Robert L. Weber

Dr Weber is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology which is a recognized specialty of the American Dental Association.  A Diplomate is a periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty of Periodontology.

What does this mean to you the patient ?  You are assured that Dr Weber has been examined by a panel of internationally respected peers and awarded Diplomate status.  THis is one of the highest recognitions of achievement afforded by the specialty.

Dr Robert Weber received his B.S. in biology cum laude from the American University in Washington D.C..  He then went on to receive his D.D.S. degree cum laude from the Medical College of Virginia.  WHile at the medical college he received many honors including both national and international research fellowships in periodontics.  Thereafter, he completed his graduate training in periodontology and oral implantology at S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook.  He currently is an Assistant Clinical Instructor at Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai School of Medicine.  In 2003 he received the honor of Attending Dentist of the Year.
